Stephen
H. Smith, President
Mr. Smith is President of the ComReal Companies and its
Miami affiliate, ComReal Miami, Incorporated. In the 1970's
he founded Stephen H. Smith & Company, a Miami-based
commercial real estate company. In June 1985, the company
became ComReal Miami, Inc. Within five years, ComReal Miami
was ranked the third largest Commercial Real Estate Company
in South Florida.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst,
Steve holds the S.I.O.R. designation from the Society of
Industrial Realtors. He is also active in the National Association
of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), as well as many
state and local organizations.

Joesph
Byrnes, Broker-Salesperson
Joe has 16 years of experience in
many facets of the Commercial Real Estate business. This
includes development, construction, finance, property management,
sales and leasing. Joe has been located in South Florida
for his entire real estate career and has handled many types
of transactions but specializes in office and retail leasing.
Joe has had success with the "tough to lease"
property and represents property owners as well as tenants
effectively.

Dante Chiabra - Office
and Tenant Representaion
Dante Chiabra initiated his real estate career in the 1990s
when he joined Archon Group. Since then, Dante has been
exposed to the residential and commercial side of property
and portfolio management. Following a few years of gaining
valuable real estate experience, he joined Trammell Crow
Company in San Francisco where he managed and serviced a
portfolio of 850,000 sq. of office and R&D properties
scattered throughout Silicon Valley and San Francisco.
Upon returning to Miami, after gathering a decade of experience,
Dante has recently joined ComReal Miami, Inc. where he specializes
in commercial office leasing, as well as landlord and tenant
representation. His primary focus is on the Brickell and
Downtown Miami markets.
Dantes extensive knowledge in property/portfolio management
services in combination with his lease negotiation and customer
service skills will provide trust and comfort to any client.
Dante attended Miami Dade Community College Law
program studies. He is also a candidate for the RPA &
FMA designations and currently working towards his CCIM
designation. He is fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational
Italian and Portuguese.
Dante is very active in the community and is a member of
the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Realtor
Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, the Peruvian-American
Chamber of Commerce, and the Bi-National Chamber of Commerce
of the Americas.

Raul
Documet - Industrial and Technical Properties
Raul Documet's primary discipline
within ComReal is technical properties, such as teleports,
data centers, and cell towers. In addition Mr. Documet will
specialize in industrial buildings within Miami's Airport
West sub-market.
Raul is an experienced commercial realtor. He is also currently
an independent marketing consultant for Systems Technology
Associates, of Virginia. Recently, he is credited with representing
a telecommunications facility located in Homestead, Florida.
Prior to joining ComReal Miami, Mr. Documet was associated
with Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Realty International,
Miami, Florida.
A native of Miami, Raul is a graduate of Christopher Columbus
High School, Miami-Dade Community College, and the University
of Miami School of Business. Raul comes to ComReal Miami
with a great deal of technical knowledge, which was gained
as a former Special Operations Engineer Sergeant in the
United States Army.

Eskin, Retail Sales & Leasing Associate
Mr. Eskin is ComReal's Retail Specialist
and has been with the company for more than seven years.
He contributes over 12 years of retail sales and leasing
experience to the ComReal Organization. He is a member of
the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.

Carolina
Fleischer, Broker-Salesperson
Caroline joined ComReal Ft. Lauderdale
in July 2000 specializing in Commercial Office Leasing,
focusing on Deerfield Beach, Cypress Creek, Plantation and
Weston. Most of her experience was obtained through being
a property Manager of six (6) years. She has extensive experience
in providing market surveys, coordinating projects with
contractors and architects, and working with the various
economics of business deals. She has a strong focus on working
with Landlords and it has given her the opportunity to work
on creative marketing strategies in an effort to procure
credible tenants. In assisting some of the largest investment
companies in the nation, she has acquired the knowledge
necessary to stay one step ahead of the competition when
it comes to economic trends and marketing reliability.

Heinl, III, Vice President, Commercial Sales & Leasing
ComReal's Larry Heinl received his Florida
Board of Real Estate salesman license in 1985 and his broker's
license in 1986.
Larry began his tenure with ComReal Miami,
Inc. in 1985 as a Realtor-Salesperson specializing in the
South Dade Industrial Market. Larry's marketing, leadership,
and orgainzational skills quickly made him a top producer
and earned him the title of "South Dade Specialist."
In 1993, Larry was promoted to Vice President of ComReal
Miami's Commercial Leasing and Sales Division where he finds
himself in responsible for the integration of asset and
investment phases in the company.
A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania
Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, Larry's skills and
talents help make ComReal one of the top twenty commercial
real estate firms in South Florida, according to South Florida

Recently all of Larry's expertise and hard
work has paid off with the sale of 14+ acres of vacant land
at SW 128th Street and SW 124th Avenue in west Kendall.
Larry and ComReal Vice President, Wes LaPradd were instrumental
in assembling the adjoining properties near the Tamiami
Airport. The 622,385+ SF parcel of land closed at a price
of $2,750,000 (indicating a value of $4,43/sf).
The 14 acres will be combined with
another 10 acres to create a new 460,000 square foot industrial
distribution center named Cortland Commercial Center II.

Wes
LaPradd, Vice President, Commercial Sales & Leasing
ComReal's Wes LaPradd received his Florida
Board of Real Estate salesman license in 1986 and his broker's
license in 1987.
He began his commercial real estate career
with Southeast Property Management in 1986 and soon became
Vice President of the Sales and Marketing Department and
helped build up the commercial brokerage division from their
early growth to maturity. Wes was responsible for training
the sales people, but was primarily involved in exclusive
representation of owner/landlord real estate transactions
and asset management.
In 1997, Wes joined ComReal Miami, Inc.
as Vice President of Commercial Sales. He is responsible
for specialized administrative tasks, marketing and promoting
the corporate image. Wes is experienced in all phases of
commercial leasing but prefers to focus on industrial site
selection, as well as asset and property management.
Recently all of Wes's expertise has paid

Ivan Manuel Marzoa, West Dade Industrial Specialist
Ivan M. Marzoa has more than 12 years experience in real
estate sales, leasing, and investment acquisitions. Known
throughout the industry as professional, knowledgeable and
quick to respond to problems, Ivan represents both landlords
and tenants in leasing and sales transactions for industrial
and office buildings located in the Miami Airport West marketplace.
Possessing a profound level of communication and problem

Phyllis S. McHenry,
Investment Sales Director
Ms. McHenry possesses more than
18 years of experience in commercial real estate investment
advisory services. Prior to joining ComReal Miami, Inc.,
McHenry was Special Projects Manager for Codina Realty
Services, Inc. ONCOR International, President of SAH,
Inc. Real Estate Investments and Services, Senior Management
Consultant with E&Y Kenneth Leventhal & Company
and Assistant Director of Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate
Finance with BDO Seidman.
McHenry is a graduate of The Wharton School, University
of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) in Florida and New York.

Peter Medina, Investment Sales Professional
Peter Medina specializes in the acquisition and disposition
of income producing properties for private and institutional
investors. His corporate and educational background enhances
his ability to serve and connect with his clients.
Prior to joining ComReal Miami, Mr. Medina accumulated
more than 20 years of corporate engineering, manufacturing,
sales and marketing experience with several firms including
GE and a Cornell University technology start up. Mr. Medina
received his BS in Engineering from the University of Florida
and a graduate from the Krannert Graduate School of Business,
Purdue University.
He has two wonderful daughters and is married to Debbie
Medina, a residential realtor. During off hours he enjoys
his family and volunteers with HOPE Worldwide, a non-profit
agency striving to bring hope to a hurting world.

Brad Nojaim - Commercial
Sales and Leasing
Brad Nojaim is a recent graduate of
Florida International University, Brad found success earning
degrees in Real Estate, Finance, and Management Information
Systems. He is now taking on the role of Commercial Realtor
and will specialize in office sales and leasing within the
South Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove areas. As a
South Miami native, Brad's knowledge of the area has proven
to be an asset towards his success. When not at work, Brad
spends his time volunteering as an assistant youth director

Patricia Quintana has been licensed
as a realtor for over 14 years. She joined ComReal Miami,
Inc. as a commercial broker specializing in servicing the
needs of Miami's international clientele. She is fluent
in Spanish and speaks conversational Portuguese.
She offers tenant representation services and is the leasing
agent for Miami Office One, 8725 NW 18th Terrace, Miami.
Her current client list includes various national and multinational

Ed Redlich, Broker-
Salesperson
Edward J. Redlich, Broker-Salesman, joined
ComReal on a part-time basis in 1995 with the help of his
father and fellow associate, Ron Redlich. In 2001, Ed joined
ComReal on a full-time basis.
From 1992 to 2000, Ed Redlich worked as
a Supervisor for United Parcel Service and attended Miami-Dade
Community College and Florida International University.
Redlich graduated FIU in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in
Business Administration with a major in Personnel Management.
Ed specializes in the West Dade industrial
market. His first major transaction was in 1998 when he
sold an office building located at 2000 NW 89th Place in
Americas' Gateway Park for $2,000,000. Within ten days of
marketing, Ed sold the building for the full asking price!
The buyer was so impressed with Redlich's performance that
they later listed their former office buildings in Coral
Gables with him. In 2001, he first leased and then sold
the buildings located at 115 Ponce de Leon Boulevard for
$750,000. Transactions like this gave Redlich a solid reputation
for reducing marketing periods and for broker co-operation.
In 2000, Ed was proud to do his first major
transaction with his father. Ed represented the seller and
Ron represented the buyer for a multi-tenanted warehouse
located at 2441 NW 93rd Avenue for $825,000. His mother,
Patty Redlich, is also a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and
has always encouraged Ed to act as a true professional in
the real estate business.
Ed is also very active in his hometown

Ronald

After a successful 18-year career in commercial banking,
Ron Redlich joined ComReal Miami where he developed 15 years
of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience.
During his tenure, he has helped establish ComReal as one
of South Floridas premier brokerage companies. Throughout
his successful career, Ron has been recognized as one of
South Floridas top commercial Realtors, having been
recognized as a Top Producer and achieving membership

Lorna Zammit, Associate
Lorna joined ComReal in 2000, after over

in the country. Lorna brings to the real estate field a
